Dr. Jodene Spencer, Au.D.

Dr. Jodene Spencer has been a practicing audiologist in Englewood for over 25 years and has been the owner of Echo Hearing Center for 20 years. The Center was established in 1959. She received her Master's degree from the University of Colorado in Audiology and Speech Pathology, and her Doctorate from the Arizona School of Health Science.

Dr. Spencer is board certified in audiology from the American Board of Audiology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She specializes in hearing rehabilitation including the fitting of advanced digital hearing technology. Her area of expertise is diagnostic audiology; including the evaluation and management of disorders of hearing and tinnitus. She works closely with ear, nose and throat physicians, along with other specialists and healthcare professionals from the medical community in the Denver Metropolitan area.

Away from the office, Jodene lives near downtown Denver and loves to play golf, attend the theater and eat at fabulous restaurants. She also enjoys upholstery and sewing.

Barbara Demary

Barbara has been the co-owner and financial officer at Echo Hearing Center for the past 20 years. She is often the person who answers your phone calls and schedules your appointments. When not in the office Barbara enjoys watercolor painting. Her works can be seen in local art shows and decorating the office walls. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their German Shepherd.

 

Kim Sutton

Kim is Echo's Manager of Operations. She is the person who answers your phone calls, schedules your appointments, and answers your questions about insurance and what we offer at Echo Hearing Center. Kim has over 20 years experience working in the medical field. Kim loves to spend time with her family and dogs as well as engage in a friendly game of poker.

 

 

Rita Liggit, B.A.

Rita is a fourth year graduate student from the Northeast Ohio Audiology Consortium (NOAC). She received her Bachelor's of Arts in Speech- Language Pathology and Audiology at The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. Rita is a student member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.

Her clinical experiences include pediatric and adult diagnostics, evoked potentials, hearing instrument dispensing, and aural rehabilitation at hospitals, assistive living facilities and private practices in Northeast Ohio. When not studying and practicing Audiology, Rita is enjoying site seeing around Colorado, watching movies, cooking, and playing with her dog and cat.
